When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact and property information you provide so we can assess and respond to your request, prepare a management proposal and, if you proceed, support onboarding and property management.
How it is used
Information is used for communication, service delivery, legal and compliance processes, record keeping and legitimate business administration. It is not sold.
Storage and security
Website enquiry data is stored within Reside’s Hostinger-hosted business systems. Access is restricted to authorised administrators and service providers who require it to operate the service.
Access and correction
You may ask Reside to access or correct personal information held about you. Sensitive financial, identity and tenancy information is only requested when required for the authorised service.
