Rent Collection

Rent is collected on schedule and arrears are managed promptly. You receive regular financial statements so your records are always up to date.

Maintenance Coordination

Maintenance requests are assessed and coordinated with trusted contractors. We manage the process on your behalf so you're not fielding calls at all hours.

Lease Management

Tenancy agreements are prepared correctly from the start. We manage lease renewals, rent reviews and end-of-tenancy processes in line with NSW legislation.

Clear Reporting

You receive regular landlord statements, inspection reports and updates. We keep communication clear so you always know how your property is performing.

Property Inspections

Keeping a Close Eye on Your Property

Regular inspections are a key part of effective property management across Sydney, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and the Central Coast. They help us monitor your property’s condition, identify maintenance issues early, and ensure tenants are meeting their obligations. Detailed inspection reports are completed and provided to you in writing after each visit, giving you full visibility and peace of mind.

Ingoing Condition Report

A detailed condition report is completed before the tenant moves in, documenting the state of the property with written notes. This forms the baseline for any end-of-tenancy comparisons.

Routine Inspections

Routine inspections are conducted regularly throughout the tenancy in line with NSW legislation. Written reports are provided to you after each inspection.

Outgoing Condition Report

At the end of each tenancy, an outgoing condition report is completed and compared against the ingoing report to identify any damage or required remediation.
