Tenancy Agreement & Lease Management
All tenancy documentation is prepared correctly from the outset in compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation. We manage the full lifecycle of the lease including renewals, rent reviews and end-of-tenancy processes.

Routine Inspections & Condition Reports

Per week of rent collected. Includes rent collection, inspections, arrears management, financial reporting and all standard management services.
Letting Fee
1 Week + GST
Charged once per new tenancy. Covers tenant sourcing, screening, agreement preparation and property handover.
